18 July 2025 – Jipapad, Eastern Samar. As the nationwide rollout of the 2024 CBMS Preliminary Results presentations continues, PSA Eastern Samar marked its fourth successful event in collaboration with the Local Government Unit of Jipapad on the morning of 18 July 2025, held at the Conference Hall of the municipality.

Joined by attendees from the various offices of LGU Jipapad, PSA Eastern Samar staff – namely Information System Analyst II Nory James L. Apura and Statistical Analyst Jethelyn Jo T. Plata – presented statistics on the initial findings on key indicators on population, education, health and access to basic services. Since LGU Jipapad was also included

during the 2022 CBMS, they were also able to perform a comparative assessment on these indicators for the 2022 and 2024 CBMS data which sparked an active discussion among the participants.

Thereafter, SA Plata presented the upcoming activities for the CBMS and reminded the LGU of the requirements they need to submit in preparation for the Data Turnover Ceremony.
