Biliran Province's economy grew by 6.6 percent in 2023, marking a continuous rise since 2021. The province's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) was estimated at PhP 17.26 billion. (Figure 1)

 

In 2023, Biliran Province shared 3.3 percent of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Eastern Visayas estimated at PhP 523.56 billion. (Figure 2)
