MCR Carina L. Rayandayan, together with her staff, and RO I Noiwen A. Getigan with the NID Registration Team and BRAP Coordinators, conducted registration activities in Brgy. Tomogbong, San Jorge, Samar

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Samar, in coordination with the Local Civil Registry Office of San Jorge, conducted a clustered mobile registration for National ID and Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP) on 29 April 2025 for Barangays Blanca Aurora, Himay, Bay-ang, Mobo-ob, Cogtoto-og, Calundan and Tomogbong, with the latter serving as the host barangay.

A total of 28 individuals were successfully registered for the National ID, comprising 14 children aged 0–4 years and 14 individuals aged 5 years and above. In addition, six (6) registrants were issued with their Digital National ID. While 53 individuals were identified and listed for BRAP verification.

Also, an information campaign on the Digital National ID was conducted to inform the public about its features, benefits, and how to access it— encouraging individuals who have yet to register to avail themselves of the service.
