PhilSys Rehistro Bulilit Campaign at the Municipal Covered Court, San Policapo.

19 September 2024 – SAN POLICARPO, EASTERN SAMAR – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) in Eastern Samar officially launched the Rehistro Bulilit Campaign on 19 September 2024 at the Municipal Covered Court in San Policarpo.

This initiative, part of the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys), aims to register unregistered children aged 1 to 4 years old. The campaign is a vital step towards achieving the goal of registering 92 million Filipinos with PhilSys by the end of September. The Rehistro Bulilit Campaign will focus on delivering registration services to children in the Municipality of San Policarpo, beginning with the Poblacion barangays.

The registration process involves encoding the child’s demographic details into the system, taking a front-facing photograph, and linking the child’s PCN (PhilSys Card Number) to their legal guardian for authentication. The process is designed to be quick, simple, and child-friendly, ensuring a seamless experience for children aged 1 to 4.

The public is encouraged to stay tuned for the upcoming Rehistro Bulilit Campaign schedules in the remaining barangays of the Municipality.
