As part of its commitment to bringing government services closer to the people, the National ID team of PSA Southern Leyte actively participated in the Serbisyo Caravan for the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) Target Barangays in the Municipality of Saint Bernard. This initiative, spearheaded by the Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC), aimed to provide essential government services to communities, particularly in Barangay Sta. Cruz.

During the caravan, the team offered their services, including National ID registration, ePhilID issuance, and TRN (Transaction Reference Number) retrieval. Residents of Barangay Sta. Cruz were given the opportunity to secure their National ID, ensuring better access to various government and financial services that require valid identification.

By participating in this initiative, PSA Southern Leyte reinforces its dedication to supporting national peace and development efforts, particularly in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas. The agency recognizes the importance of providing accessible, efficient, and secure identification services to empower citizens and enhance social inclusion. The Office remains committed to supporting these efforts and will continue bringing National ID services to more communities across the province.
