In celebration of National Women’s Month 2025, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Southern Leyte proudly hosted a Makeup Tutorial Activity to empower, educate, and inspire its employees, especially women, in the art of makeup. This special event was held in line with the 2025 Women’s Month theme: "Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas." 
 

Renowned makeup artist Glen S. Cutamora was invited as the guest trainer to share his valuable expertise in professional makeup techniques. His in-depth knowledge and demonstrations provided participants with essential skills in makeup application, enhancing their confidence and selfexpression.

This activity aimed not only to enrich the personal and professional image of PSA employees but also to emphasize the importance of self-care and empowerment through beauty and grooming.
