The meeting held on February 17, 2025 at the Mayor’s Office Conference Room, Palapag, focused on streamlining government transactions through the adoption of the National ID system.

Key officials from both PSA and LGU Palapag attended the meeting, including Honorable Mayor Florencio “Florence” A. Additionally, representatives from the Government Service Use Cases Division (GSUC) outlined the onboarding requirements necessary for integrating the authentication services into LGU operations.

Expressing strong support for the initiative, Mayor Batula stated: “We are committed and very much willing to adopt this new process as early as possible.
