San Roque, Northern Samar – In celebration of the 35th Civil Registration Month with the theme “Building a Resilient, Agile, and Future-Fit Civil Registration and Vital Statistics System,” the Philippine Statistics Authority – Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) Northern Samar, in collaboration with the Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO) of San Roque, conducted an Information Dissemination Drive on February 13, 2025, at Balnasan National High School.
