The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Northern Samar calls for the attention of applicants in the conduct of 2024 Census of Population (POPCEN) and Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) for field personnel under Contract of Service Worker (COSW). The positions available and number of personnel are as follows:


Qualifications:

1.    Enumerator (En)

    Preferably college graduate or at least SHS graduate, for SHS graduate below 17 years old, parental consent is required;
    Physically fit to do field work (if female, must not be pregnant);
    Knowledgeable in operating android devices (e.g. tablet);
    Able to speak the local dialect or “Ninorte Samarnon”;
    With ability to deal with the public tactfully;
    With good moral character;
    Willing to be assigned in any barangay, city or municipality;
    Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and beyond 05:00 PM if necessary;
    Do not have existing work contract with other office/ agency; and
    Not related up to the fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity of the appointing/recommending officers or immediate supervisors;
    Preferably a resident of the barangay, city or municipality.
2.    Team Supervisor (TS) / Census Area Supervisor (CAS)

    Preferably college graduate;
    Preferably with experience and training in census or PSA surveys;
    Ideally with supervisory experience in census or survey operations;
    Preferably a resident of the city/ municipality and can speak the local dialect;
    Exhibits potential for leadership;
    Demonstrates interest and enthusiasm and
    With good written and oral communication skills.

1. Signed APPLICATION LETTER stating the specific position title and specific place of assignment as posted.

2.    Duly accomplished PERSONAL DATA SHEET (PDS) with recent ID picture taken within three (3) months prior to submission of application (CSC Form No. 212, revised 2017)
3.    Photocopy of TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS or DIPLOMA
